What if my flight is cancelled?+
Free booking cancellation up to 24h before landing. If your flight is cancelled less than 24h before — let us know by email or phone — you pay nothing. The ride is paid to the driver anyway, and if you paid by card we refund it.
Can I travel with kids?+
Yes — we have infant seats (0–13kg), child seats (9–18kg) and booster seats (15–36kg). No extra fee. Choose the number of seats when booking and add your child's age and weight under “Special Requests”.
