What if my flight is delayed?+
We track your flight by its number and move the pickup automatically. There is nothing to tell us — if the plane lands late, the driver arrives late.
Where does the driver wait?+
We send you the exact meeting point and the driver's phone number before you land. The driver does not hold a name sign in arrivals — you agree the spot by message or call as soon as your phone is on.
How long is the drive into the city?+
About 25 minutes over 25 km to the centre, depending on traffic and your address.
Do you have child seats?+
Yes, all sizes — from infant seats (0–13kg) to booster (15–36kg). No extra charge. Specify the count and type when booking.
How do I pay?+
The driver takes cash (EUR or RSD) or card in the vehicle, or we invoice companies with a valid Serbian PIB (15-day terms).
