How long does the trip from airport to Novi Sad take?+
60–75 minutes via the E75 motorway depending on traffic. Typical arrival in central Novi Sad is ~70 minutes from leaving arrivals.
Can I travel with kids — do you have car seats?+
Yes, all sizes — infant (0–13kg) through booster (15–36kg). No extra charge. Specify the count and type when booking.
Is there free wait time at arrivals?+
Yes — 60 minutes free after the scheduled landing time. Beyond that we charge a small wait fee (details in your booking confirmation).
Can I book for right now (in 1-2h)?+
Minimum 5 h before departure to guarantee a driver. For urgent cases please call us directly.
Do you have a van for larger groups?+
Yes — Group XL seats up to 8 passengers with 8 suitcases (Renault Trafic or Mercedes V-Class). The price is fixed at €99 for the whole van, not per person. The van takes your group directly from your address to the airport, with no connections.
Is there a fixed taxi price from Belgrade Airport to Novi Sad?+
Not an officially set one. The airport's fixed-price voucher system — the e-kiosks that issue a fare voucher — covers zones within the City of Belgrade, and Novi Sad is not on that list. For Novi Sad the fare is agreed with the driver before you set off; when we checked in August 2026 quotes started around €80, and they change. A pre-booked transfer fixes the price before the car sets out.
Can I take an Uber or Bolt from Belgrade Airport?+
No — Uber and Bolt do not operate in Serbia (checked August 2026). There are local apps such as CarGo and Yandex Go, but they are city services built around Belgrade trips. For the roughly 80 km to Novi Sad the practical options are an intercity taxi at a negotiated price, or a transfer booked in advance at a fixed price.
What currency do I pay the driver in?+
Cash in euros or dinars, or card in the vehicle — no card surcharge. Prices are published in euros, with the dinar amount shown next to each one. Companies can be invoiced instead.
