Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rides.rs website and airport transfer booking service. By placing a booking through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Rides.rs is a platform that connects passengers with licensed transport companies and drivers for airport transfers in Serbia.
Definitions
• "Platform" — the Rides.rs website and booking system • "Passenger" — the person making or named in a booking • "Transport Company" — the licensed company assigned to fulfill the ride • "Driver" — the individual driver assigned to your booking • "Booking" — a confirmed request for an airport transfer
Booking Process
When you submit a booking request, it is initially in "Pending" status. Our team reviews and confirms bookings, typically within 2 hours. A booking is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. You will be notified when a driver is assigned to your booking. Driver details (name, phone, vehicle) will be shared with you before your pickup time.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) with an approximate RSD equivalent. The price shown at the time of booking is the final price — there are no hidden fees or surge pricing. Payment methods: • Pay the driver (cash in EUR or RSD, or card) • Invoice (for business customers with valid PIB) For invoice payments, payment terms are 15 days from the date of the ride.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee. To cancel, use the "Cancel Booking" option in My Bookings or contact us directly. If we are unable to fulfill your booking (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances), we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange an alternative or full refund.
Passenger Obligations
As a passenger, you agree to: • Provide accurate contact information and pickup details • Be ready at the agreed pickup location and time • Treat the driver and vehicle with respect • Not transport illegal or hazardous materials • Wear seatbelts at all times during the ride • Inform us of any changes to your pickup time or location as early as possible If you are not at the pickup location within 15 minutes of the agreed time (30 minutes for airport pickups), the driver may leave and a no-show fee may apply.
Liability
Rides.rs acts as a booking platform connecting passengers with transport companies. The transport service is provided by the assigned transport company, which carries appropriate insurance and licenses. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any expected delays.
Luggage
Each vehicle tier has a maximum luggage capacity. Please ensure your luggage fits within the limits of your chosen vehicle tier. Excess luggage that cannot be safely transported may not be accommodated. We are not responsible for damage to luggage unless caused by the driver's negligence.
Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of your ride. We take all complaints seriously and aim to respond within 48 hours. You can submit complaints via email at info@rides.rs or through the contact form on our website.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved by the competent courts in Novi Sad, Serbia.
