Every fifth ride in the higher class, at no extra cost

If the higher class isn't available on your route, that ride is 10% off. You're a member from your first ride, with no card and no separate sign-up. To get your gift, sign in when you book.

Four rides, then the fifth is in the higher class at no extra cost. After that, we start counting again.

What counts

• Every completed ride, including past rides.
• A round trip counts as two rides.
• Cancelled rides and no-shows don't count.
• Rides are counted by email address, so always book with the same address.

How to get your gift

• Sign in when you book. No password needed: we send a sign-in link to your email.
• The gift is applied automatically: you'll see the higher class at no extra cost, or a 10% discount, in your booking.
• You can see how many rides are left until your gift in your confirmation email and on the My Bookings page.

Does the gift expire?

No. Your gift stays available until you use it.

Can I use a discount code with the gift?

Yes, with the higher class: the code applies to the standard-class price. A code and the 10% discount don't stack. The larger discount applies, and your gift stays available for your next ride.

How does a gift apply to a round trip?

The gift applies to the first ride.

What if I cancel a ride booked with a gift?

Your gift is returned and stays available for your next booking.
