Tools like ChatGPT and Claude can look up Rides.rs routes and prices and start a booking for you — you confirm with one tap in your email, and pay the driver as usual. No app to install, no form to fill.
A first for Southeast Europe
Rides.rs is the first airport-transfer service in Southeast Europe that AI assistants can book through directly. Globally, only a handful of transfer services can be booked this way so far — and in Southeast Europe, we're the first. We're listed in the official Model Context Protocol (MCP) registry — the directory AI agents use to discover services they can act on — and our booking interface is public and live.
In plain terms: as AI assistants increasingly help people plan and book travel, Rides.rs is already there. When a traveler asks their assistant "how do I get from Novi Sad to Belgrade airport?", it can find us, quote a fixed price, and set up the ride.
How it works
- Discover + quote — the assistant looks up the route and the fixed price (no surge, no hidden fees).
- Start the booking — it creates a provisional booking with your details.
- You confirm — you get an email with a one-tap confirmation link. The ride is booked only when you confirm — so nothing happens without you.
- Pay the driver — cash or card, in the vehicle. No online payment needed.
The confirmation step matters: the assistant can do the legwork, but the final yes is always yours.
Why we built it
The way people find and book services is changing. More travelers now start with an AI assistant instead of a search engine. We'd rather be the airport transfer those assistants already know how to book than wait for the rest of the market to catch up.
