What is an infant seat
An infant seat (Group 0+ per ECE R44/04 or Group i-Size per ECE R129) is for newborns and babies up to ~13kg or about 12-15 months. The baby sits rear-facing — that is the safest way to transport infants in a vehicle.
How it is installed
Our infant seats use an ISOFIX base — the driver installs it before arriving for you. When you arrive, just place the baby in and fasten the harness. If you prefer, the driver can do everything — just say the word.
Can I bring my own infant seat?
Yes, certainly. Many parents prefer their own — especially if the baby is used to it. The driver helps with installation. But if you want us to handle it — no extra charge, no problem.
Travelling with a baby — tips
Pack spare clothes in your carry-on (car trips with babies = unpredictable). Food and nappies within reach. Before a long flight, give the baby time at the airport — pressure changes are hard on them. Our drivers understand and are patient.

Is the infant seat free?+
Yes, no extra charge. Included in the transfer price.
Does it have ISOFIX?+
Yes, our infant seats come with an ISOFIX base. All cars in our fleet — Tesla Model Y, Mercedes E-Class, Škoda Kodiaq, and Renault Trafic — have ISOFIX anchors on the rear seats.
Can I use a rear-facing seat for a 2-year-old?+
Infant seats (Group 0+) are for ages up to ~13kg, roughly the first 12–15 months. For older children (from 9kg, around age one) we use a toddler seat (Group 1, 9–18kg). Tell us the exact age and weight when booking so we prepare the right seat.
Do you have seats for twins?+
Yes. Two infant seats with ISOFIX base fit in both our sedans (Tesla Model Y, Mercedes E-Class) — one front seat remains for an adult. If more of you are travelling with kids, Comfort XL (Škoda Kodiaq) or Group XL (Renault Trafic, up to 8 passengers) give more shoulder room between seats.
