Booking a Belgrade Airport Transfer Without Paying Up Front
What "no prepayment" means here
You book, you get a confirmation, and no money changes hands until the ride is over. There is no card form on our site, no deposit, no pre-authorisation hold on your account. At the end of the journey you pay the driver — cash or card, in the car. Companies can have an invoice instead.
The price is agreed when you book and does not move: €59 for the whole car on the Novi Sad ↔ Belgrade Airport route, not per person, with no night, weekend or holiday surcharge.
Novi Sad ↔ Belgrade Airport from €59 — fixed price, pay the driver, free cancellation up to 24h.
Check my priceWhy this is worth checking before you book anywhere
Most of the international transfer marketplaces a traveller meets first take the card at booking. That is normal for them — they are a middleman collecting from you and paying the local carrier later — but it has consequences you only notice when something goes wrong:
- Your money is committed before you have any idea who is driving.
- A refund goes back through the marketplace's process, not the driver's.
- An exchange-rate spread is applied at their end, not yours.
None of that is fraud; it is simply what prepayment costs. Paying at the end removes the question entirely — if the car does not turn up, you have paid nothing.
What we ask for instead
A name, a phone number, an email and the pickup details. That is all a booking needs, because the money is not part of it yet. Before you land you get written meeting instructions and your driver's direct phone number, so the first thing you have is a person, not a receipt.
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup — and with nothing paid up front, cancelling costs you nothing to recover.
The honest trade-off
Paying at the end asks something of us, not of you: we run the ride before we are paid. We accept that because it is the arrangement we would want as passengers — and because a fixed price you can walk away from is the clearest possible statement that the price is real.
